A design is one finished image from the Studio. Designs are spent in this order: included first, then the current plan period, then packs — so nothing you paid for expires before something free is used.

Plans renew automatically every month at the price shown, charged to your card at the start of each period until you cancel. Questions people ask.
How many designs can I generate?
3 are included with a verified account. A pack adds 10. Plans add 10 (Solo), 30 (Crew), 60 (Station) a month, all available from the day the period is paid.
What counts as a design?
One finished image the Studio hands back. A design that fails, or is held for review and declined, is refunded to wherever it came from — it never counts.
Do designs roll over?
Included and pack designs never expire. A plan's designs are for its billing period; unused ones don't carry into the next period, which is why the pack is the better buy for an occasional idea.
Do I need any of this to buy stickers?
No. The shop's stickers and gear are bought outright, and the first responder discount applies to them once you're verified. The Studio is only for making your own design.
What does it cost to print a design I made?
A custom die-cut sticker is priced like the shop's singles (from $7.99), with the 15% discount applied. Shirts and other gear are priced on their pages.
Why verified first responders only?
The Studio and the discount are for the people the stickers are about. Verification is free, takes a minute through VerifyPass, and keeps the tool from being farmed.
How do I cancel a plan?
From your account page: Manage or cancel plan. It stays active to the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged.
