Terms of Sale
Last updated October 2, 2026
The Last Loop is a trade name of Ibis SaaS Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover everything you buy or make at thelastloop.store. By placing an order or using the Custom Studio you agree to them. They are written to be read: if something here is unclear, ask us before you order.
1. Orders and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The item price and U.S. shipping are shown separately before you pay, and any sales tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order; we never see or store your card number.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it to production. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full — for example if a price or description was plainly wrong, if we cannot verify the payment, or if a custom design breaks the rules in section 6.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.
2. Made to order
Everything physical is printed after you order it. Each order is reviewed by a person before it goes to production, so the receipt you get at payment is not a shipping notice.
Product images are supplier previews. The printed color, placement and size of the artwork can vary slightly from what your screen shows, and garment-dyed clothing varies from piece to piece by design. Use the size guide on the product page — measurements are of the garment, laid flat.
Cancelling. Message us as soon as you can. If production has not started we will cancel and refund you. Once an item is being made it cannot be cancelled.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are printed and shipped by our production partners, so one order may arrive in more than one package; you get a tracking email for each.
Our supplier's current estimate for delivery in the contiguous U.S. is roughly 6 to 11 days from the day you order, a little less for stickers and tees and a little more for fleece, and longer to Alaska and Hawaii. Those are estimates, not guarantees: production queues and carriers vary, especially around holidays.
Please check your address before paying. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will send it again once the reshipping cost is covered.
Lost or stalled packages. If tracking stops moving, or shows delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we will work it out with the carrier and replace or refund what was lost.
4. Returns and replacements
Because items are made for you, we do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size that was ordered correctly but does not fit.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or not what you ordered, we replace it free or refund it — your choice. Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the problem. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly they appear.
5. First-responder discount
Verified first responders — fire, EMS and police — and eligible healthcare and government workers get 15% off catalog items. Verification is done by VerifyPass, an independent service; we receive confirmation and the email you verified with, not your documents.
The discount applies to items, not shipping, when your order email matches your verified email — in the browser you verified in, or on any device while you are signed in to an account with that email. It is for your own purchases, cannot be combined or exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if it is misused. Verifying your status does not make us affiliated with your agency and does not authorize the use of any agency's name or insignia.
6. Custom Studio and your designs
The Custom Studio turns your description into an original sticker design using AI image models. It is open to verified first responders with an account. Your account includes 3 designs; a design pack adds 10 more for $8.99. A design that fails, or that is held for review, does not use one up. Pack designs are digital, are added to your account after payment, do not expire, have no cash value and are not refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.
Studio plans renew automatically. A plan gives your account a set number of designs for each billing period. The plans and their prices are: Solo (10 designs a month) — $6.99 every month for 10 designs, $18.99 every 3 months for 30 designs, $69.99 every year for 120 designs; Crew (30 designs a month) — $19.99 every month for 30 designs, $54.99 every 3 months for 90 designs, $199.99 every year for 360 designs; Station (60 designs a month) — $39.99 every month for 60 designs, $109.99 every 3 months for 180 designs, $399.99 every year for 720 designs. When you start a plan, your card is charged the plan price at once and again at the start of every period — monthly, quarterly or yearly, as you chose — until you cancel. The period's designs are available from the day it is paid; unused designs do not carry over, and a plan never includes printed items. How to cancel: open your account page and choose Manage or cancel plan, or message us. Cancelling stops all future charges; your plan stays active, with the designs you have left, until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period, except where the law requires. If we change a plan's price we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and the new price takes effect from the first renewal after that notice; you can cancel before then. A plan is for your own account and may be withdrawn, with a refund of the unused part of the period, if it is misused.
Before a design is printed you confirm that it is original and for your own use, and a person reviews it. We may still decline to print it.
What you may not ask for. Real agency, department, union or government names, badges, patches, seals or insignia; military emblems; the likeness of a real person without their consent; other people's logos, characters or artwork; and anything hateful, sexual, harassing or unlawful. Requests are screened before and after an image is made, and some are held for a person to review. We may refuse a request, remove a design or cancel an order that breaks these rules.
Who owns what. You are responsible for the ideas and words you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. We do not claim them. You give us permission to store your designs in your account and to print the items you order. Because designs are generated by AI, we cannot promise that a design is unique, that no one else will be given something similar, or that it can be protected as your intellectual property.
Designs are for your personal use on products ordered here.
7. Department orders
Orders carrying a department's or agency's own name or artwork are quoted individually and print only after we have confirmed authorization: a request from the agency's official email domain, a purchase order or signed letter, and a call back to the agency's published number. One person's first-responder verification is not that authorization.
By requesting a department order you confirm you have authority to do so and that the agency owns or may use the artwork supplied, and you agree to cover claims that arise if that turns out not to be true. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Department goods are custom and are not returnable, except for the replacements described in section 4.
8. These are novelty goods
Our stickers and clothing are humor merchandise. They are not uniform items, personal protective equipment, or reflective or high-visibility gear, and they are not rated for heat or impact. Follow your department's policy before putting a sticker on a helmet, vehicle or any issued equipment.
9. Our artwork and name
The Last Loop name, the belt illustration and every catalog design are original works owned by Ibis SaaS Holdings LLC. Buying a product does not give you the right to reproduce or resell the artwork.
The Last Loop is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any fire department, EMS agency, police department, union, or government body.
10. What we are responsible for
We will deliver what you ordered, as described, or put it right under section 4. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the site and products are provided as they are, without other warranties, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. The rest
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to get around the Custom Studio's content screening, to interfere with other customers' orders or accounts, or to scrape or overload the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Ibis SaaS Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most problems are solved with one message. If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
